All services must be paid for 7 days in adavance, some services require 2-4 weeks notice of advance payment in full, and deposits will be taken before this to initiate parts of the booking. Deposits are non refundable, as Accomadtion & travel expenses must be paid for in adavance to secure any booking, We advise you to book 4-6 weeks in advance to confirm the booking to gaurentee a place and avoid additional accomadtion and travel increase prices as this is out of our hands. If you require services less than 72 hours notice there is a Late booking fee- this varys subject to service and location and varies from £10-£50 . Also studio based treatments booked with less than 72 hours notice also incur a Laundry/clean fee of an additional £15, 48 hours £20, 24 hours £25, 12 hours £30. for safe clean turn around. We always advise you book early, as this can vary at any particular time or date due to quanity of clients that particular day and the quick turn around for cleaning or additional laundry. But If you wish to book within that time frame all additional charges will be discussed and outlined upon your quote.

As soon as payment is received on purchased products, they will be posted the next working day. All orders must be purchased before 2pm for next working day post.
